The British Association of Snowsport Instructors Limited (“BASI”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and adhering to all relevant Data Protection Legislation. You must join BASI as a member as soon as you book your first course. We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
